SkamoWall Board

SkamoWall Board is a calcium silicate board that ensures an improved indoor climate. SkamoWall Board must be mounted with the associated system-specific products to ensure the best results and to validate the warranty. All SkamoWall calcium silicate products have an EPD (Environment Product Declaration) which has been verified by a third party and published through EPD Denmark.

SkamoWall Bore

SkamoWall Bore is a bore used at the sides and top of windows. Like SkamoWall Board and SkamoWall Wedge, SkamoWall Bore is made of calcium silicate, which ensures an improved indoor climate. All SkamoWall calcium silicate products have an EPD (Environment Product Declaration), which has been verified by a third party and published through EPD Denmark.

Skamol Mesh

Skamol Mesh is a reinforcing mesh used only when mounting SkamoWall in buildings exposed to many major vibrations such as railroad tracks.

Skamol Primer

Skamol Primer is a ready-to-use primer that is applied to SkamoWall Board. Skamol Primer is a water-soluble primer made from colloidal silica. Skamol Primer improves adhesion and thus forms a good foundation for subsequent treatment. It should not be used if the temperature is below 5°C. Store the product in its original, unopened packaging in a cool, but frostproof place. It can be used for 24 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging. The product is ready for use. 1L is sufficient for 5m². Drying time is approximately 30 minutes.

Skamol Smooth Plaster

Skamol Smooth Plaster is made for finishing Skamol calcium silicate boards and is used daily by installers who need a surface they can rely on. It gives a smooth, even result and holds up well over time, whether the project is a renovation or a new build. When the boards are properly primed and free from dust, the plaster bonds securely and creates a solid base for the next stage of work. A 15 kg bag is mixed with roughly 5.5 to 6.5 litres of clean water. At a 2mm layer thickness, one bag will cover about 7.5 m², although actual coverage may vary slightly depending on the surface and application method. The material works best in temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Standard clean tools are recommended to ensure a consistent finish. The formulation includes Portland cement and calcium hydroxide. A built-in reducing agent helps limit soluble chromium VI levels and remains effective for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging, when the product is stored in dry and dark conditions. Once opened, bags should be sealed properly and used as soon as possible, particularly in humid environments.

SkamoWall Wedge

SkamoWall Wedge is a wedge used as a border between the wall and ceiling. Similar to SkamoWall Board and SkamoWall Bore, SkamoWall Wedge is made of calcium silicate, which ensures an improved indoor climate. All SkamoWall calcium silicate products have an EPD (Environment Product Declaration), which has been verified by a third party and published through EPD Denmark.

Skamol Lime Mortar

Skamol Lime Mortar is a lime-based ready-to-use product that can be used as both an adhesive and plaster when mounting SkamoWall. Mix a 20kg bag with approx. 4.2L of clean water for about 7 minutes, yielding 2.5m² as an adhesive (7mm) or 7m² as plaster (2mm). The work must be carried out within a temperature range of +5°C to +25°C. Use clean tools and make sure that the surface of the substrate is free of dust before applying the product. Store the product in its original packaging in a dry and dark place. Protect against moisture and negative temperatures. It can be used for 24 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging.
