Below is a brief description if you would like to have SkamoWall prescribed in your project.
The material to be used for interior insulation must be made of the capillary active material calcium silicate. The material must have a neutral grey shade.
The calcium silicate must be supplied in pressed boards with dimensions of 1,000 × 610mm with a density (EN 1602) of 225kg/m³.
Tolerances on the length, width and thickness of the boards must not exceed ±2.5mm.
The calcium silicate must meet a number of parameters for the interior insulation:
Binding: Potash glass
Special properties: DYRUP Silikat Primer V penetrates well and creates good adhesion for subsequent treatment on absorbent surfaces.
Scope: DYRUP Silikat Primer V is used indoors and outdoors on mineral surfaces, such as plaster, silicate plaster, pressure-washed, lime sandstone and previously silicate-treated surfaces.
DYRUP Silikat Primer V is also used for dilution of DYRUP Inde Silikat paint.
Treatment: Mineral plaster, pressure washed and silicate plaster/paint and limestone facades should be primed 1 x with DYRUP Silikat Primer V with added water in a ratio of 1:1.
Binding: Potash glass
Scope: DYRUP Inde Silikat paint is specially developed for indoor mineral surfaces. The product is suitable in e.g. schools and nurseries as well as generally in rooms where special attention is paid to the indoor climate.
